These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to use of the Flare Cosmetic Packaging website at flarebeautypacking.com and to inquiries, sample requests, and quotations made through it. The site presents cosmetic packaging references for business buyers. It is not a retail storefront with online payment checkout.

Catalog nature. Product pages show reference images, specifications, and unit-price references for planning. A displayed price is not an unconditional offer to sell at that price through cart checkout. Inventory is not managed for retail “sold out” UX; availability for your configuration is confirmed when you request a quote or sample.

Quotations. Binding commercial terms—price, currency, MOQ, payment, Incoterms, delivery schedule, and validity—are set out in a dated quotation or written confirmation for your SKU, quantity, finish, and destination. For listed references, MOQ is typically from about 12,000 units; confirm the quantity requirement for your final configuration in each inquiry.

Samples and customization. Samples, custom colors, finishes, logos, and tooling (if any) are handled case by case. Charges, courier costs, and timelines are confirmed for the request. Images and color options on the site are visual references; an agreed color standard and approved sample define the finish for production unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Buyer responsibilities. You are responsible for selecting packaging suitable for your formula and market, providing accurate artwork and requirements, and evaluating samples under conditions you specify. Appearance alone does not establish formula compatibility, leakage performance, or regulatory fitness for your product.

IP and content. Site content, product photography, and descriptions are for inquiry use. Do not scrape, resell, or republish our catalog as your own without permission. Do not submit unlawful, infringing, or confidential third-party materials you are not authorized to share.

Limitation. To the extent permitted by law, Flare is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or from reliance on unpublished or expired reference data. Project-specific warranties, if any, appear only in the written commercial documents for that order.
