Flare, styled flaré, is operated by 杭州芙莱尔生物科技有限公司. Based in Hangzhou, Zhejiang, China, the company uses the English business name Hangzhou Fulaier Biotechnology Co., Ltd.

Our company and manufacturing resources are under common shareholder ownership. Flare brings packaging development, customer service and production coordination together around each project.
