Packaging Buyer FAQ
A practical guide to selecting a packaging reference, requesting samples and preparing your quotation.
1. What should I include in a packaging inquiry?
Send the product reference or SKU, formula type, target fill volume, quantity per color or design, preferred finish and logo artwork. Include your destination country and postal code or port, target launch date and any applicator requirements. If you have a target price or need a new mold, include that too.
2. How do I choose packaging for my formula?
Start with the intended product, such as lip gloss, lip oil or mascara, and describe how you want it to apply. Share any requirements for the applicator, wiper and closure. Evaluate the selected packaging with your actual formula before approving production; appearance alone does not establish compatibility or performance.
3. How are capacity, dimensions and materials confirmed?
The 87 products covered by our reference data updated on October 25, 2026 list PETG as the material. Confirm the individual component materials, fill volume and dimensions for your selected SKU and final configuration. State your size limits in the inquiry. If you need material declarations or reports, identify the documents and destination market so availability can be checked for that item.
4. Can I request custom colors, finishes or a logo?
Yes. Send your color reference or Pantone code, logo artwork, preferred placement and desired finish. Available decoration methods and any quantity requirements depend on the selected packaging. Product images and color option images are visual references; use an agreed color reference and approved sample to define the finish for your order.
5. How do I request samples?
Include the SKU, sample quantity, delivery address and whether you need an existing sample, custom color or decorated sample. Specify the applicator and artwork version where relevant. Sample availability, charges, courier costs and estimated completion date are confirmed for the request. Unless otherwise agreed, samples are for appearance and structural evaluation; formula compatibility, leakage, closure performance and transport requirements need separate evaluation under agreed conditions.
6. What is the minimum order quantity?
The 87 products covered by our reference data updated on October 25, 2026 have a listed MOQ of 12,000 pieces. Include the quantity for each SKU, color and design in your inquiry so the quantity requirements for your final configuration can be confirmed.
7. How long do sampling and production take?
Our current factory standard, updated on October 30, 2026, is 7 days for sampling and 30 days for mass production. Final timing is confirmed for your selected configuration, quantity and approved sample. Share your target launch date and delivery destination, and request shipping and transit timing separately.
8. What details are needed for dual-ended packaging?
Describe each end separately: intended formula, target fill volume, applicator and closure requirements. Include your overall size limits and quantity per design. Ask for the configuration and dimensions of the selected reference before evaluating a sample.
9. Which currency and trade terms apply to my quotation?
Pricing references in our reference data updated on October 25, 2026 are in USD per piece (USD/PC). Request a quote for your selected SKU, quantity and finish; the final price, trade term and named location are confirmed for your project. Include your destination and preferred terms, and request a breakdown of any sample, tooling, packing or shipping charges, together with payment terms and quotation validity.
10. What should be agreed before placing an order?
Confirm the SKU and components, fill volume and dimensions, color reference, decoration artwork, quantity per variation and approved sample. Agree the relevant performance evaluation, packing requirements, commercial terms and delivery schedule in writing.
Send your packaging inquiry with your preferred product reference to get started.

Factory capacity, quality control and current lead times
Our current factory standard is 7 days for sampling and 30 days for mass production. Confirm the schedule for your configuration, quantity and approved sample. Shipping time is agreed separately.
What manufacturing resources are available?
The factory covers 7,126.29 m² and has 223 employees, including 7 R&D and mold staff. Equipment includes 72 injection molding machines, 21 screen printing / hot stamping units and 56 automatic / semi-automatic assembly lines.
What are the monthly production capacities?
Lip gloss tubes: 3 million pieces; mascara tubes: 3 million pieces; lipstick tubes: 2 million pieces. Existing molds total 62, 32 and 31 sets respectively. Confirm the available production allocation and timing for your selected format.
How are quality and batch traceability managed?
We inspect incoming materials, conduct first-piece inspection and patrol checks every two hours during production, and inspect finished goods against order requirements, approved samples and customer standards before shipment. Nonconforming products are reworked and reinspected before acceptance. Order numbers and QR codes support batch traceability.
Can finishing or urgent orders be expedited?
Spray coating and electroplating are outsourced to 5 partner suppliers, with finishing lead times as short as 3 days depending on the process and supplier schedule. Urgent order schedules are reviewed for the specific configuration and quantity; a finishing lead time is not the full order lead time.
