Give each end its own specification
PKGDE0003 measures 109 mm in overall height and lists a 3 ml reference capacity for each end. PKGDE0007 is 124 mm high, with recorded references of 3.5 ml for the upper end and 20 ml for the lower end. Keep the two capacities separate in your filling plan. Label the upper and lower ends on your brief and define the formula, fill target and application for each; confirm usable fill and the component arrangement on a marked drawing and the selected sample.
| Model | Capacity reference | Height | External body size |
|---|---|---|---|
| PKGDE0003 | Upper: 3 ml; lower: 3 ml | 109 mm | Upper Ø 20 mm; lower Ø 20 mm |
| PKGDE0007 | Upper: 3.5 ml; lower: 20 ml | 124 mm | Upper Ø 15 mm; lower Ø 15 mm |
The catalog above includes every model in this collection. These examples compare reference specifications; final components and usable fill are confirmed with your sample.
Prepare your sample request
- Create separate upper-end and lower-end requirements: formula, intended fill, application and preferred component. Include the SKU and a marked image or drawing so the end positions are unambiguous.
- Request the assembled dimensions and component layout, then review both closures, the center section and the selected materials on the sample. Describe color and logo placement for each end rather than relying on a color-combination image alone.
- Provide the total quantity, destination and required arrival date. Ask for availability and charges for the complete sample assembly. The current 7-day sample and 30-day production references depend on the configuration and order confirmation; confirm transportation time separately.
CHOOSING YOUR FORMAT
Build a separate brief for each end
- Define the intended formula, application and filling requirement for the upper and lower ends independently.
- Compare the listed end dimensions, center section and overall assembled height.
- Check both capacity entries. For PKGDE0005 the lower-end reference is 11 ml; ask us to confirm the upper-end requirement.
- Confirm the component layout, closure fit, materials and finish before approving the sample.
Should I combine the two capacity values into one fill volume?
Keep the upper and lower values separate when planning filling. They describe different ends and may serve different formulas or component arrangements.
What does a missing upper-end capacity mean?
It means the reference data does not provide that value. Ask about the intended upper-end use and capacity for the chosen SKU; do not infer it from the image or the lower-end value.
Can I use the color combinations as final component specifications?
The multi-color and branded images illustrate customization ideas. Confirm the actual components, materials, colors and finishes against the selected sample and project quotation.
